Ben Johnston and Christian Osorio met at university before embarking on separate careers in property development. The two friends then joined forces in 2006, bringing together their individual skill sets and experience to create JJ Acquisitions Ltd. The company now specialises in new build properties with a focus on design and quality to achieve their aim of
creating bespoke, elegant homes.

As a company we have a very personal approach. The directors are always first to meet our clients and talk through their needs and requests. We pride ourselves on attention to detail from the initial design phase right through to the final development. The result of this involvement, along with the use of innovative techniques and high-quality materials, is a
home that exceeds our client’s expectations and is something that we are all proud of.

Wherever possible, we use locally and sustainably sourced products and always aim to support the local communities and businesses by offering our work to them first. The majority of our contractors come from within twenty miles of our sites and we aim to minimise our carbon footprint by reducing and recycling as much of our waste as possible and we are always looking for new ways to pursue this goal.
