THE DESIGN AND BUILD
JJ Acquisitions designed the terrace of properties on Appletree Road to give four spacious two bedroom houses with large gardens and parking. From the outset we were conscious that all available space needed to be utilised and each property has the benefit of a fully boarded loft area for storage. The use of pocket doors also helped us to maximize the floor space in each room by eliminating the need of an area for the door to open into.
The properties were constructed using Potton insulated timber frames and a brick external skin. The party walls are heavily insulated and built to Robust details resulting in no noise transferring from one house to the next.
